SEND and Computing:
We believe that targeted teaching is much more beneficial for children with SEND, therefore we ensure that childrens skills and progression are regularly assessed to ensure that the content they are being taught is relevent to their needs.
We ensure that we don't adopt a one-size- fits all approach to our SEND provision in Computing. We make adaptations according to the children's individual needs. We use targeted teaching approaches including plugged and unplugged activities.
If you would like more information about how we support children who have SEND with their Computing, then please see our SEND section of the website.
