GDPR and Privacy Policy
The GDPR is Europe's new framework for data protection laws. It replaces the previous 1995 data protection directive. The new regulation started on 25 May 2018. The Government has confirmed that the UK's decision to leave the European Union will not alter this.
GDPR is a legal framework that sets guidelines for the collection and processing of personal information of individuals within the European Union (EU).
At Lache Primary School we take the privacy of our pupils and parents / careres extremely seriously. In this policy, we set out how we collect and process the personal data we hold on our pupils.
